England decided to end their campaign of the year with yet another clean sheet after thrashing Kosovo 0-4 in the opponents back yard.
The first half started off slow with the only goal of the half coming from England midfielder Harry Winks in the 32nd minute of play as he broke through the Kosovo defense to score the first goal of the match.

The second half saw a dismal defensive performance from the Three Lion side which saw Kosovo’s Rrahmani take an opportunity at equalizing the game with a header that unfortunately saw the ball fly just wide of the goal.
Rrahmani, came back on the offensive a few minutes later with another wasted attempt which saw the ball flying wide of the goals once again as he continued to take advantage of England’s shoddy defending.
The second goal of the match came in the 79th minute as England skipper Harry Kane scored his 12th goal of the tournament off a deflection from Raheem Sterling’s cross. This n ow means that Kane has scored in every one of England’s Euro qualifier appearances of the campaign.
England substitute Marcus Rashford glided England to 0-3 lead after a wonderful assist from teammate Raheem Sterling, who once again paying the role of assist behind another one of England’s goals.

The fourth and final goal of the match came from Mason Mount just after the 90th minute as he took advantage of a Kosovo defensive slip up and ended off the match with a goal helping the Three Lions win the match 0-4 against their opponents.
Although England emerged victorious in the game, team coach Gareth Southgate needs to take a careful look at his defensive strategy as the team may not progress very far if they continue to put on such a shoddy defensive performance in the next rounds of the Euro’s.
