Portugal confirmed their spot in the next round of the Euro 2020 Finals to be held next year after a 0-2 win against Luxembourg on Sunday. Portugal needed this win to secure their spot in the Euro 2020 final after their victory against Lithuania on Thursday.
Ronaldo is on track to football greatness as he chases  Iran legend Ali Daei’s tally of 109 goals to become the highest international footballer goal scorer in football history. Ronaldo currently has 99 international goals under his belt and will have to wait for the next international break in order to continue his campaign to greatness.

Whilst commenting on the Iranian legends record which is evermore etching closer to breaking, Ronaldo came out saying,

Ronaldo also admitted that he has not been at the top of his game over the past few weeks adding that,
“I wasn’t 100% and I’m still not,”
“In the last three weeks, I have played at a slightly reduced capacity.”
If his accomplished in the past few performances for Portugal were achieved at a “reduced capacity” then we can only wait and wonder what he has in store for us as the International season resumes next year in March.
He is only 1 goal way from becoming only the second player in international men’s football history to score 100 goals in international play.
