The Phoenix Suns are now with 2 straight wins after beating the Charlotte Hornets 100-92 seeing them at 10th position on the Western Conference table going 16-23.
The Suns started off going down 18-24 to Charlotte Hornets in the first quarter making it look as though they were in for another loss but managed to lift up their socks and dominate the rest of the game.
The Hornets were first to strike scoring the first 4 points of the first quarter thanks to Dwayne Bacon who opened the scoresheet for the Hornets before the Suns decided to show up for the game.
The Hornets continued their first-quarter dominance. Cody Zellar giving the Hornets an 8-2 run scoring four straight shots.
The Hornets began the second quarter with the same stride as the first with Dwayne Bacon sinking in the first basket of the quarter.

The Hornets as one point took a 14 point lead before the Suns came back and with a 13-1 run before DeAndre Ayton pushed the Suns into the lead with a dunk 1:51 before halftime.
The team played it tight in the third quarter with the Hornets narrowly winning the quarter 26-25Â after a match off between Kelly Paul Oubre Jr and Devonte Graham.
Both teams found themselves tied at 71 points at the end of the third quarter.
The Hornets opened up the scoresheet in the fourth quarter but the Suns quickly came back with a 14-4 run taking the Suns to an 8 point lead. The Suns were able to end up winning the game 100-98.
Kelly Paul Oubre Jr. kept the Pheonix Suns on point leading the scoresheet with 25 points, 15 rebounds and 1 assist. Deandre Edoneille Ayton followed his teammate posting 18 points and 9 rebounds.
Dwayne Bacon led the Hornetsscoresheet with 24 points 5 rebounds and 2 assists while Devonte’Â Graham pushed up the Hornets with 22 points 1 rebound and 8 assists.
This marks the Hornets 4 straight loss as they find themselves 15th on the Eastern Conference table now going 15-27. The Suns will be looking to improve their Western Conference standings as they face off against the Atlanta Hawks on Wednesday whilst the Hornets face the Portland Trail Blazers as they hope to improve their standing on the Eastern Conference table.
