Liverpool To Enter Bid For Bayern Leverkusen’s Kai Havertz

Jürgen Klopp has Liverpool looking to the Bundesliga for 20 year old Kai Havertz. The Bayern Leverkusen midfielder is said to be under the Reds radar as they are reportedly preparing a  £107million bid.

According to Mundo Deportivo, Barcelona and Bayern Munich are also chasing after the German midfielder. Kai Havertz made his debut appearance for Bayern Leverkusen when he was 16 years old and since then has made over 100 appearances for the club as well as seven international caps for Germany.
Should the deal go through it will surpass the £75million transfer record set when Liverpool paid Southampton for Virgil van Dijk. The final figure may decrease though as Havetz’s contract expires next season.

Leroy Sane suffered a  torn ACL this season during his very first game for Man City in the EPL. This put an end to his planned move to Bayern Munich. Now according to Metro, the  German winger may end up signing a new contract with Manchester City when his contract expires in 2021, and end up staying with the club after all. He is almost fully recovered from his ACL injury.

Mikel Arteta looks to finally be making a move on the transfer market as Arsenal is linked to a signing PSG  defender Layvin Kurzawa. With Kieran Tierney and Sead Koasinac both injured, the Gunners are desperately in need of a  left-back  and Layvin Kurzawa is the perfect candidate, especially seeing as his contract with PSG expires at the end of this season.
