Alexander Zverev is on his way to his first Grand Slam semi-finals having beaten Stan Wawrinka at the Australian Open in Melbourne.
Alexander Zverev made a spectacular comeback after losing the first set1-6 by going on to win the following three sets 6-3 6-4Â 6-2.

The German seventh seed will now face the winner of the match between Rafael Nadal and Dominic Thiem in his first Grand Slam semi-finals.
Stan Wawrinka who won the Australian Open in 2014, started the match strong dominating Zverev in the first set but the German finally found his footing in the second set and went on to win out the match.
Zverev has beaten Stan Wawrinka in all their head to head encounters.

The 22-year-old German is still sticking to his pledge to donate all the prize money to the Australian Bushfire Relief should he win the tournament in Melbourne.
