This will be the biggest win of Frank Lampard’s career since becoming a manager at Chelsea as he takes a huge bite out of Liverpool who were already left wounded after their defeat to Watford over the weekend
Willian put the Blues in the lead in the 13th minute of the game with a powerful shot from outside the box that saw Spanish goalkeeper Adrian conceding the first goal of the game and giving Chelsea an early lead as Willian’s shot bounced right of Adrian and into the goals.
Kepa Arrizabalaga must be commended for keeping a clean sheet as he made some wonderful saves before the end of the first half to keep his side infront.
