There have been no final decisions made regarding the return of the Championship or League One or Two. However, twice a week the players will be tested.
SkySports has reported that all players in the Championship will be tested twice a week just as the Premier League is doing. This is in the hopes that they can receive the results within 24 hours. Therefore, much like the Premier League, the clubs can return to training in small groups.

The EFL released a statement that articulated the intentions of the governing body.
“Dialogue continues with our colleagues across the footballing and political landscape regarding these and other issues, and the EFL is committed to keeping all relevant parties updated on key decisions and developments as they occur,” read the statement.
Earlier in the month EFL chairman, Rick Parry stated that there would definitely be promotions and relegations.
“We expect three Championship clubs to be promoted – the Premier League are aware of our position on that. The Premier League expects three clubs to be relegated,” he said.

Leeds and West Brom would be intent on finishing the season as the two teams are 6 points clear of third place, Fulham. However, their promotion is not completely secure. In contrast, Barnsley, Charlton Athletic, and Luton Town are set for relegation if the league is voided.
At an EFL Board meeting on Wednesday, May 13, EFL chairman Rick Parry stated that it was imperative that the Championship concludes before July 31.
