Saka took a heavy challenge from Renan Lodi in the first minute, and while he recovered to set up Martinelli, the 21-year-old needed treatment twice before being taken off in the 27th.

The sight of Saka walking straight down the tunnel after being replaced will worry England fans just three weeks before the World Cup begins.
