Pat Brown has moved from Worcestershire to Derbyshire on loan for the rest of the season, relocating to the Incora County Ground. Worcestershire can recall Brown from his loan at any stage.

The 25-year-old had already signed a three-year contract with Derbyshire and was set to begin playing for them next season.

Pat Brown is available for Derbyshire’s final three County Championship games this season. He has four T20 international caps for England.

Pat Brown might make his Derbyshire debut in their next four-day match, which begins on Sunday against Gloucestershire in Bristol.

They play Sussex at home in their final match before ending the season at Glamorgan in Cardiff on September 26.
